We act for a number of international blue-chip clients comprising of the major international credit insurers (including Coface, CGIC and NCM) as well as banks, trading houses and corporations.

The reputations of those clients are paramount and we are fully aware that our collection techniques will impact on the reputations of those clients. Our clients benefit from our ethical approach to their needs and this often leads to closer, more trusting and more rewarding business relationships between the client and the debtor after the debt has been recovered.

Consequently, if there is potential new business which is profitable between our client and the debtor, then our methods will not disrupt that potential in any way. Sometimes it is quite the opposite.
